We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. Situated in a secluded and tranquil area surrounded by lush forests, it provided a serene atmosphere that was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making communication in English effortless. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the bathroom was equipped with a bathtub and separate shower. We were also delighted to find a small market on site, offering essential items. The pool area was beautifully maintained and there was ample parking available.

very spacious and comfortable room and bath room with balcony. two double beds in the room. very quiet.
breakfast selection was limited. I normally like an international buffet breakfast. Probably the hotel cannot/does not offer a buffet breakfast because the number of rooms (and hence guests) is not large enough.

Decoration are fabulous with modern equipment. Spacious rooms with good view of glof resort. Clean and comfortable. Quiet and not that crowded. Free breakfast is great, Korean style.
Location is a problem, no public transportation, just have to take taxi to everywhere. Staff's English is not very good.

The excellent room, which was much bigger than expected. Also had really good in-room amenities
The poor location, which was far away from food options and tourist attractions. Impossible to get to anywhere except by car

For us it was ideal.

It should be made clear that Teddy Bear Museum is not at Teddy Valley Hotel. The museum is ten minutes away by taxi - you will need the hotel staff to call the taxi for you. Also, there is no gps navigation number for the hotel so if one is driving, there is no way of getting to the hotel unless you understand instructions (in Korean language from the hotel staff).

The hotel was located in a beautiful golf course setting, offering clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds, two TVs and two balconies. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a great variety of options.
Despite the great location and amenities, the hotel lacked in some areas. the room cleaning service was limited to once a day, and there was no room service available.

I loved the peaceful forest surroundings, and the hotel room was both large and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring I had fresh bottles of water every day of my stay. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection of food.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Spending Christmas at this beautiful hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, providing a luxurious atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by peaceful nature, creating a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The pool area was fantastic, and we enjoyed spending time there with our family.
The lack of dining options at the hotel. While there was a market available, there weren't many vegetarian options, and without a car, it was challenging to explore nearby eateries.

The hotel's location is absolutely wonderful, away from the main street but close to Jungmun centre. the rooms were spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and the breakfast buffet was very good. Guests also had access to a pool and whirlpool bathtubs in some rooms, and there were good restaurants just a few minutes' drive away.
The staff struggled with speaking English, which made communication challenging.
